Commisioned Orders
I love working directly with people to design and size a piece of jewellery that suits their healing requirements and support their personal growth. I am happy to work with you directly, and arrange a consultation, either in person or via skype / telephone, to identify the stones and design that resonate with you. I would then make the piece, and send through some photos for your perusal prior to receiving payment and then mailing.
If you already have a Oneness University Temple Stone, or other pendant, that you are attached to, I would be more than willing to receive it and incorporate it in the design.

Shipping
I always endevour to mail products as soon as possible, however if I am travelling there may be some delay. If you wish to know how soon a purchase will be shipped, or if you have special shipping requirements, please contact me directly and I will let you know my earliest shipping dates.
Shipping is free if it is via USPS regular parcel mail within the US, and I will be able to provide you with a tracking number.
International shipping will start at $20, and can be quoted on request.
Returns & Refunds
I make my jewellery to bring transformation and light to the world and is therefore designed to be worn. If a piece of jewellery doesn't fit properly, please contact me and I will be happy to make an adjustment free of charge.
If, for some other reason, you are not happy with your new piece of jewellery, please contact me and return the product in the same state it was delivered, within 20 days and I will be happy to either exchange for another piece or issue a refund.
